  • Are designer items authentic?
    Yes, we only source and offer 100% authentic items. We use Real Authentication as our Expert Luxury Authentication.
  • Do you only source vintage designer pieces?
    Although vintage finds are so timeless, we offer sourcing services full range. Our sourcing is not limited to vintage pieces.
  • I would like an item that isn't for sale on your website, is it available and/or are you able to source a particular item?
    At times, private sales are available. Feel free to contact us. Also, yes we do offer private sourcing. Please complete a source service inquiry here.
  • Do designer items come in the original packaging?
    Pre-loved and vintage items rarely come with their original boxes, dust-bags, packaging and authenticity information. Previous owners may not always keep original packaging over time, especially super vintage items. At times, items do come with their original boxes dust bags, tags, authenticity cards. Onsky Blvd items for sale will always have detailed information in the product description of what the item comes with. Handbags and shoes that no longer have their original packaging, will receive a Onsky Blvd dustbag to protect and store your luxury item. For all handbags and shoes, if the item does not come with an original dustbag, you will receive a complimentary Jean Vintage dustbag to protect and store your vintage handbag. Designer items will come with a physical Onsky Blvd authenticity card with 100% guarantee. After receiving your order, if you would like a courtesy digital copy of authentication documents, please feel free to request such, additional fees may apply.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we do no accept cancellations. Orders however can be modified with updated shipping information but only within 24hrs of your purchase. Please view our full shipping policy here.
  • Will a sold out item be restocked?
    Our popular items tend to sell out quickly and because we strive to keeping our luxury pieces exclusive we cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out it will be restocked. We strongly advise if you love it, grab it because it could be gone by the blink of an eye.
  • Where does Onsky Blvd ship?
    We ship both domestic and international.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    We ship domestic packages using USPS Priority Mail and international packages through DHL Express.
  • How long will it take before my order is shipped?
    Please allow 3-4 business days for all domestic orders to be processed and shipped out. International orders still ship out promptly, however based on the location, they may experience longer time frames to reach their final destination.
  • How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
    As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. This email will provide you with the tracking number for your package to track online with the postal carrier.
  • What is your return policy?
    At the present moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
